Session Rates
Online Appointments
Nynke Jacobs Psychology is based in Victoria Australia and offers therapy sessions through Telehealth (online using video link), Telephone or Email. As the sessions are conducted online, everyone in Australia as well as outside of Australia can access my services.
Medicare Rebate
Referral from your GP
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist, however if you are in Australia, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. At Nynke Jacobs Psychology I provide therapy sessions under the Medicare Benefits Schedule.
It is up to your GP to determine if you are eligible for a mental health care plan. You will need to book an appointment with your GP to discuss, and they will then make the referral on your behalf.
Other Reimbursements
Therapy at Nynke Jacobs Psychology is, in addition to reimbursement from Medicare and private health insurers in Australia, more and more often reimbursed from international health, travel and expat insurance policies and / or from employers. Please be advised to contact your insurer directly to get up to date information about their rebate schedule.
I am registered to offer psychological services through TAC (Transport Accident Commission), VOCAT (Victims Of Crime), WorkSafe and Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
Concession Rates
Please contact Nynke Jacobs Psychology if you are a full-time student, pensioner or on a health card to discuss the possibility of reduced rates.

Please discuss requests for letters, reports, or forms with me.
